I
do a great deal of playing in Speyside, which is famous for being
Whisky country. Valuable customers are, Chivas Bros, Glenlivet Distillery,
Ballindalloch Castle and Craigellachie Hotel, to name but a few.
Although most
of my work lies here in Speyside piping at hotels, funerals, fishing
parties and distilleries, I'm willing to travel to local national
and international events. Weddings are a big thing on my list and
this year I'm travelling all over the world and closer to home in
order to play at celebrations
I am very
keen to travel abroad and look forward to going back to America
when ever possible - or for that matter anyplace that is looking
for the Wee Tartan Mannie! I'm available for events locally, nationally,
internationally and global. The slogan anytime, anyplace, anywhere
appeals to me.
Three themed uniforms are available for me to appear in at the moment:
-- The Flower of Scotland
-- The Braveheart Warrior or
-- The Hunting Stewart
A black Tunic with either gold or silver braiding can be worn, the
choice is yours. MacKenzie kilt and plaid are being made now and
will soon be ready. Hair sporrans with either black or gold finishes
are also part of the uniform.
The small pipes are becoming more popular and I have just recently
purchased a set. My first job with them is to Pipe a bride down
the aisle in Aberdeen next month
